Simple, Stress-free Service

Overview

Here at A Mother's Help, we can help you find that perfect nanny for your family. We understand how important it is to find someone that is the right fit, someone you trust, and someone that you can depend on. Our goal is to find each family a nanny that will not only provide excellent service but someone that will become apart of the family.

We offer two services based on the needs of the parents.

  • Parents who are interested in a long-term full-time nanny are encouraged to take advantage of our nanny placement service.
  • Parents who are interested in a part-time, temporary, or on-call nanny are encouraged to take advantage of our nannies staffed with the company.

Customer Testimonial

Yelena S. - "Thank you for all your help.  I am really thankful that you responded to my message on Facebook. You have made the search for a nanny so much easier and less stressful. I was so worried that I would never find anyone. Thanks again."

Nanny Placement

With this service, we handle the nanny recruiting process for you. After gathering your requirements, we would get to work finding that perfect nanny for you. Once eligible candidates are identified, we would schedule interviews with the nanny. After you select the nanny that is the best fit for your family, the nanny will start working directly for you.

Here's a summary of what's included in our process:

  1. Initial consultation to determine nanny requirements and qualifications
  2. Create job description to post on recruiting websites
  3. Review resumes/candidate profiles and identify top candidates
  4. Conduct phone interviews with top candidates
  5. Perform background check (state, federal, and drug test)
  6. Verify professional references
  7. Conduct face-to-face interviews (if needed)
  8. Schedule interviews with parents and nanny
  9. Select nanny and contract creation

We communicate with you throughout the process to keep you informed on where we are at and give you updates on the candidates.
